Q: How do I get a password for the web shop?

Q: How do I see the prices?

To see our wholesale prices you need to create an account with us. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your credentials.
If you have previously registered with us, please log in on our website Professional Web Shop using your email and password.

Q: How do I place an order?

To place an order you need to have an account with us. Once you have it, you can proceed with the purchase same as in any e-commerce. You can click on any category / product and you can view our current prices, description and minimum item quantities.

Q: What is your minimum opening order?

First time buyers will have a minimum order of 600 Euros – excl. VAT. Following orders will have a minimum order amount of 300 Euros, – excl. VAT.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

At Mahe Homeware, we need at least two working days to validate payments. Once you have placed your order with us and the proforma is sent including the shipping costs, we will wait for a ten (10) days period for you to clear the bank transfer. After payment is done and validated we will ship the goods within the following days. If you have any changes, you must contact us info@mahehomeware.com. If the time exceeds the 48 hours after payment is done and validated, your order is processed and is not possible to be changed.

Q: What happens if a product is out of stock?

If the product is out of stock, you will not be charged for it. We will notify you in the proforma invoice we send by email to you. You have the option to pre-book some references transferring a deposit of the 50%, you will need a previous mail confirmation and proforma from Mahe Homeware in order to formalize the pre-book.

Q: What are the delivery times?

Delivery times for products currently in our stock goes from 10 to 20 days depending on the forwarders schedule.

Q: Do the prices on the web shop include VAT?

No, all prices are without VAT.

Q: Which is the recommended retail price?

We recommend to multiply by 2.5 Taxes Included.

Q: Can prices change?

The prices shown in the webshop are those that you pay for the goods. At times, goods are placed on offer or reduced in price as part of a special campaign. We are unable to change prices on a product once it has been ordered. Also we reserve the right to change the prices without previous notice, following seasoning, sales or promotions.

Q: Which are the payment methods?

All our payment must be done by bank transfer after you have received the final invoice from us .Our website does not show product stock levels and the website confirmation email does not include the shipping charges. Please wait to hear back from our Sales Team for your final invoice before making your bank transfer.

Q: May I use the images shown on your website?

You are more than welcome to use our individual product images without prior consent if you are one of our customers. However, any modifications are prohibited.

Q: May I use your product descriptions for my own website?

Our descriptions are there to offer you guidance when purchasing our products and should not be replicated anywhere else. We expressly forbid customers to replicate the exact same text for your own website.
